Be ready for Fall with this "block of the month" sweater workshop. Join Nancy on Zoom as she guides us step by step through this heirloom design by Junko Okomato. Junko is one of our favorite knitwear designers. She is clear & concise, uses innovative techniques and combines simple silhouettes with the perfect amount style to create fun sweaters to make and wear. Hana is a boxy, patchwork pullover made up of squares with various stitch patterns. Patterns include braided cables, honeycomb cables, wishbone cables, twisted stitches and much more. The pieces are all knit separately then seamed together using an embroidery technique.
Nancy has divided this pattern up into 5 classes with ample time in between to complete each section.
Classes will be held Sundays on Zoom 4 - 5:30 pm
First class is May 23, then follows with June 13, July 11, August 15, September 12. All of our classes are recorded, so you can follow along at your own pace or rewatch as many times as you need.
